1. Service Description

BrandyMage provides AI-assisted personal branding services including, but not limited to:

LinkedIn profile optimization

Resume/CV structuring

Content frameworks

Personal brand positioning

Engagement strategy

Recruiter outreach scripts

Achievement rewriting

All deliverables are provided digitally via email or shared cloud storage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services.

When purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

3. Payments

100% advance payment is required.

Work will not commence until the payment has been successfully verified by our payment gateway provider.

We do not store your payment credentials.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after successful onboarding and receipt of required information.

Delays caused by incomplete information are not the responsibility of BrandyMage.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable information

Approve drafts in timely fashion

Respond to required clarification queries

Inform us of any urgent deadlines before booking

6. Intellectual Property

You receive lifetime usage rights for your personal career use only.

Reselling, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of delivered assets without permission is prohibited.

Draft frameworks and templates remain intellectual property of BrandyMage.

7. Non-Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee:

Job placement

Recruiter responses

Interview selection

Viral engagement

University admissions

Funding outcomes

We optimize perception, not circumstances.

8. Accuracy & Honesty

We will not:

Fabricate achievements

Inflate job titles

Misrepresent credentials

Insert unverifiable metrics

Clients must ensure all information is truthful.

9. Confidentiality

All client resumes, career details, and communication remain confidential.

We do not share personal identifiers without explicit consent.

10. Anonymized Marketing Consent

With consent, anonymized before/after screenshots may be used for:

Social proof

Marketing case studies

Portfolio work

Personal data (name, company, photo) will be hidden or edited.

11. Limitation of Liability

BrandyMage is not liable for:

Hiring outcomes

Platform algorithm changes (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)

Client misuse of deliverables

12. Amendment Rights

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
