REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

BrandyMage provides digital services that begin processing shortly after payment. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility Window

Refunds are ONLY eligible if requested within the same calendar day of payment (Not applicable for resume analyzer pro).

Example:

Payment Monday 3:00 PM → Request before Monday 11:59 PM ✅

Request Tuesday or later ❌

2. Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days back to your original payment method (per Razorpay norms).

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not eligible if:

Refund requested the next day or later

Work has started or drafts shared

Client becomes unresponsive

Preference changes mid-project

Outcome expectations change

All deliverables are time-intensive and human-edited.

4. Partial Refunds

Not applicable due to digital nature and immediate effort.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions (up to 2 rounds) are included.

Major scope changes require additional fees.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only before work begins and same-day.

7. Chargeback Abuse

False disputes may result in:

Service denial

Blacklisting

Reporting to payment gateways
